Portable Measurement Technology is Dedicated to Wind Power Generation

Wind power generation refers to transfer the wind energy into electric energy. Wind energy is a kind of clean and pollution-free renewable energy, and it gets increasing attention from various countries by the environmentally friendly feature and plentiful energy. The device needed for wind power generation is called a wind turbine composed by wind wheel(including tail van), electric generator and tower. The electric generator usually consists of stator, rotor, end cover and bearing. The stator is composed of stator core, coil winding, frame, and other structural parts that fix these parts. 

There are a lot of domestic machining enterprises to take orders from foreign well-known wind power companies of the motor base production. According to the requirements of the foreign buyers, the measuring equipment should meet the following requirements:

1.The diameter, coaxiality and shafting line of the motor base have high requirements on the perpendicularity of the base surface, which puts forward high demand on the accuracy and reliability of the testing equipment.

2.The quantity of parts to be tested is relatively large, which requires high efficiency of testing equipment and analysis software. The testing equipment should be easily delivered by express and portable. Besides， the software has self-learning function, which can analyze measuring data in batches and generate quality statistical graphs of the same type of workpiece.

3.The workpiece is easy to be deformed during transport. The measuring equipment can be installed in the site to carry out on-line measurement which reflects the real situation of the workpiece and provides online guidance for correction of out-of-tolerance workpiece. 

4.The measuring equipment should have a strong environmental adaptability to make reliable measurements at different temperatures.
